Sunil Todarwal is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Practising Chartered Accountancy since 1980, he has handled various assignments during his professional career, which include Statutory Audits, Taxation, Bank Branch Audits, Financial Planning / Structuring, Company Law matters. And his forte is Taxation. He is also a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and a consultant to several large corporations. Sunil Todarwal has helped several corporations by identifying their weaknesses and finding solutions for the same. Having vast experience in different financial fields, he is most comfortable with Taxation and audits and considers them his strong points. Today, with so much experience behind him, Sunil Todarwal is a very successful and respected man.

Arun Todarwal is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has been practising since 1981. During his years of practice, he has handled various professional assignments including Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management and Systems Audits, Taxation, International Taxation, Joint Ventures, etc. He is well-versed in Tax matters and has travelled abroad on several occasions to deliver talks on Indian Taxation as well as Investment in India. Arun Todarwal is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, National Centre for Quality Management, International Fiscal Association, Bombay Management Association, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and their study group on International Taxation and Finance. He is also on the panel of Auditors with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
He has attended a workshop on ISO 9000, and is assisting organisations in achieving Total Quality Management. And, he has also been a past President of the Rotary Club of Bombay Queen's Necklace. In a short span, Arun Todarwal has gained a lot of experience and is highly accomplished in the profession of Chartered Accountancy.
